John J. Williams is Of Counsel and has extensive trial experience at all levels in state and federal courts throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky. His practice areas include employment and labor and he has represented management in various areas involving discrimination, FMLA, ADA, and ERISA litigation. He is actively engaged in all aspects of trial practice. His transactional experience includes representing issuers in public finance transactions, representing lenders in loan transactions, and drafting and reviewing contracts. John J. received his Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York Purchase in 1985 and his Juris Doctor from State University of New York Buffalo in 1988. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and New York and admitted to practice in all courts of the state of Ohio, Federal District Courts of Ohio and Northern Kentucky. He is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is the o-hair of the Greater Cincinnati Minority Counsel Program and a past president of the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati. He is a board member of the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and the Beech Acres Partnering Center. John J. is also a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class XXIII.
